X Men: The Last Stand

This is definitely a must see this summer movie season. I would’nt mind watching it again. It is by far the best movie in the past 2 months.
It’s pure enjoyment from start till the end. It is best if you watched X2: X-Men United prior to this. There’s quite a lot of suprises.
Most probably this is the last movie of the X-Men series. Unlike MI:3 all the characters in this movie get sort of an equal screen time.
Of course Hugh Jackman got the spotlight as Wolverine but you can actually see each mutant’s powers.

It starts off with how Xavier found Jean Grey 20 years ago. And then we’re introduced to Angel. Angel plays an important role in this movie
as its his dad that found ‘the cure’ for mutants. However we can only see Angel in 3 scenes. He’s not even an X-Men.
In the not too distant future, the cure spawns rage from the mutants. Magneto takes advantage of the situation and gathers the
Brotherhood of Mutants comprising of ‘bad’ mutants such as Jugernaut and this chick that looks like a man with a stupid looking outfit.
The climax of X3 is the face off between X-Men and The Brotherhood. Its kinda like wathching the battle scenes in Lord of The Rings and
Chronicles of Narnia.
I particularly like what happens to Xavier, Mystique, and Rogue…I’d love to elaborate but it’ll piss people off.
Do look out for Kitty Pryde (Ellen Page). She looks kind of cute in this movie.
Its an 8 out of 10!
